PROJECT 20 | WEEK 11
Welcome to week 11 of Project 20! This week we are talking about the importance of maintenance phases. We will also cover normalization of speed and dealing with plateaus in progress.
LEVEL 2 OVERSPEED
We use this protocol for the second half of the first training cycle. The goal of this protocol is to solidly and make permanent your first 5% speed gain.
DYNAMIC WARM UP
We’ve teamed up with Golf Digest Top 50 Fitness Trainer Jennifer Fleischer to create a Dynamic Warm Up designed to help you activate the muscles you will be using during a SuperSpeed training session. We recommend doing this dynamic warm up before every SuperSpeed session to ensure you are training as safely and effectively as possible each time.
