The Step Change Drill

Welcome to week 1 of Project 20! Our goal is guide you through the first 12 week Phase 1 of our OverSpeed training. This week we are covering the basics to get you started with our Level 1 protocol. Everything from warming up, to tracking your progress, to training safety tips. We’ve included additional resources below!¬†

DYNAMIC WARM UP

We’ve teamed up with Golf Digest Top 50 Fitness Trainer Jennifer Fleischer to create a Dynamic Warm Up designed to help you activate the muscles you will be using during a SuperSpeed training session. We recommend doing this dynamic warm up before every SuperSpeed session to ensure you are training as safely and effectively as possible each time.

LEVEL 1 OVERSPEED 

Get ready to accelerate your game! During this protocol you will learn what it feels like to make the fastest and most efficient golf swing of your life. We recommend that all players start with this protocol regardless of skill level or physical ability. This is the perfect introduction to neurological speed training for your golf swing.

TRACK YOUR TRAINING WITH THIS TECH

You will need the SuperSpeed Training System + a piece of tracking tech to measure and monitor your progress. We recommend either the PRGR or Blast Motion.
